Hello! I'm a few days early with my calendar page. I used this sketch from Stick It Down:
I started with some pink and grey papers from October Afternoon's Woodland Park collection. The 1/13 Tuesday Trigger challenge at My Scraps and More was to use snowflakes on a layout, so I cut a snowflake background using my Cricut and the "Edge to Edge" cartridge. I tried to round the piece a bit by cutting off some of the snowflakes in the corners.
I took those snowflakes and added them a couple of other places on the layout, along with some snowflakes and swirl rub ons.
For the title, I used some tiny letter stickers and some more snowflakes to bring attention to it.
Materials:
Cardstock: Die Cuts With a View, Bazzill
Patterned Paper: October Afternoon, Basic Grey
Rub Ons- October Afternoon
Stickers- Fancy Pants, October Afternoon
Bracket Journal Paper- Bo Bunny Press
Pen- Zig
Glitter Glue- Ranger
Die Cutter- Provo Craft
Washi Tape- My Mind's Eye
Also, I have this card that I made a couple of weeks ago that I never got around to sharing. I used the gear embossing folder I bought a while back and embossed a piece of cardstock I can wrapped in aluminum foil. I then dropped alcohol inks on it, adding colors until I was satisfied. I cute the sentiment with my Cricut and covered it with Glossy Accents.
