Stick It Down August Card Sketch

Hello! I have a card sketch from Stick it Down, and my interpretation, to share today. First up the sketch:

I pulled out my banner stamps for this card. I started by stamping the outline on some patterned paper and fussy cutting the banners. I then chose some coordinating inks and stamped some banners in the background to add some interest and depth. I attached the fussy cut banners with foam adhesive and ran a piece of twine across the top of them. I black stamped sentiment and a sprinkling of sequins finished off the card.

Celebrate- CAS(E) This Sketch

Good morning! I have another card to share today. This time I was inspired by this sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch:

I started by stamping and heat embossing the star background on watercolor paper. Then I used a water brush and Distress Inks to paint the sky. The alien was cut using the "Boys Will Be Boys" cartridge. I stamped the sentiment and added some enamel dots and a star. I used some Glossy Accents on the eyes to make them shine.
